I - Appetizers (Olives, roasted red peppers, aged cheeses, crostini)
I - Grilled red Spanish shrimp, not banana peppers, olives, Bermuda red onion, EVOO
IIIa - Strozzapreti Emiliana (rolled and twisted pasta, Porcini mushrooms, Bolognese cream, Mascarpone, truffle sauce)
IIIb - Tagliatelle funghi (long flat pasta, Creme di stracciatella)
IV - Carre Di Agnello (Colorado single lamb chop, with risotto)
V - Filleto di Cervo (Chili glazed venison tenderloin, crunchy polenta, white asparagus, shitake mushrooms)
Dolce - forgot what it was, but it had chocolate and was delicious!
